New Q&A for Blenders - Issues and Solutions
Causes:
① The solution is in a supercooled state, that is, the temperature has reached the ice cream mode temperature, but it hasn't turned into ice cream
Temporary solution:
It is recommended that users add 1-2 spoons of white sugar and wait for 3-5 minutes, which can form condensation nuclei to guide the supercooled water to form ice cream
② After using the cleaning mode (without disassembling the water tank and pouring out the liquid), when using the ice cream mode again, the temperature probe, which has a layer of epoxy resin on the outside, heats up slower than the outside. The detected temperature is lower than the actual temperature, causing the temperature recognition to reach the set temperature, but the actual liquid temperature is higher than the set temperature, resulting in failure to form ice cream ---- This usage scenario has been confirmed through testing to trigger the supercooled water state.
Temporary solutions:
1.After users use the cleaning mode, it is recommended to disassemble the water tank simultaneously and clean all detachable accessories;
2. It is recommended that users add 1-2 spoons of white sugar and wait for 3-5 minutes, which can form condensation nuclei to guide the supercooled water to form ice cream
Long-term solution:
Optimize and adjust the machine's program in the next batch to avoid usage scenarios that trigger supercooled water.
③ Different sugar contents in the solution correspond to different freezing points. A too high sugar content results in a lower freezing point, and for the same sugar content, different sugars correspond to different freezing points. For example, the freezing point of a 30% fructose solution is -5°C, while that of a 30% sucrose solution is -3°C, which can easily lead to failure to form ice cream.
Long-term solutions:
1.Remind users that the time to make ice cream will vary depending on the liquid composition with different sugar contents.
2.Require users to add liquids with a sugar content greater than 4%, which can be achieved by adding 1-2 spoons of white sugar to increase the sugar content;
Note: A liquid sugar content of less than 4% will result in failure to form ice cream, such as sugar-free cola, and may even cause harder ice cubes to form, jamming the stirring paddle, causing abnormal noise in the condenser and damaging the machine.
3.Guide customers to appropriately lower the set temperature to bring the solution down to the freezing point when they find that ice cream hasn't formed.
④ Users may have increased the temperature when using the ice cream mode, resulting in failure to form ice cream.
(5th grid - default temperature is -2°C, which can form ice cream, while the last two grids of the ice cream mode are 1°C and 2°C, at which ice cream cannot be formed)
Temporary solutions:
1.It is recommended that users use the default temperature of the ice cream mode to make ice cream, and note that the sugar content of the liquid should be greater than 4%.
2.Customers can be guided to appropriately lower the set temperature to bring the solution down to the freezing point.
Long-term solution:
Change the logic of the temperature setting in the ice cream mode in the next batch, and lower the temperature of the last two grids.
⑤ Users may have used the orange juice mode when making ice cream, which cannot produce ice cream.
Long-term solution:
1.It is recommended that users use the default temperature of the ice cream mode to make ice cream, and note that the sugar content of the liquid should be greater than 4%.
⑥ Users may have added too much liquid, exceeding the maximum liquid level.
Temporary solutions:
1.It is recommended that users do not add liquid exceeding the maximum liquid level, otherwise the time to make ice cream will be prolonged.
Causes:
1.It may be the sound of the compressor working, which is normal.
2.It may be the sound of the stirring paddle rubbing against the condenser when there is no liquid during the initial stirring. The friction sound will disappear after liquid is poured in, which is normal.
3.The sugar content of the added liquid is too low, such as sugar-free cola, pure water, etc., which causes harder ice cubes to form, jamming the stirring paddle, and causing continuous creaking sounds due to friction with the condenser, resulting in abnormal noise.
Temporary solutions:
1.It is recommended that users add 3-4 spoons of white sugar to increase the sugar content of the liquid.
2.If it is found that the stirring paddle is jammed by harder ice cubes, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of liquid to melt the ice, avoid jamming the machine, and clean the machine if necessary.
Long-term solution:
Change the motor program in the next batch: instead of a 1-minute stall, when the motor stalls for 6-8 seconds, trigger a 1-minute motor stop. If triggered three times within 1 hour, the machine will be shut down and display E3, indicating that the motor has stalled. Add instructions in the manual simultaneously.
Answer: Remind users that 88oz is the maximum storage capacity of the water tank, and 54oz is the maximum capacity of liquid that can be added.
Answer: Our product includes the machine, instruction manual, user guide, recipe book, etc.
Note: The drip tray and cleaning brush are placed separately in the packaging box.
If users find the E0 state during the first use, the reason is that the transparent bucket cover was missing from the factory, and a replacement is needed; if it occurs after users clean the machine, it means that users forgot to install the bucket cover back after disassembling the water tank for cleaning. Remind users to properly store the cleaned accessories during cleaning.
Answer: Detachable accessories such as the water tank, condensed water collector, stirring paddle, and drip tray can be cleaned with detergent or a dishwasher. Note that the heating and drying method should not be used for cleaning.
Answer: The condensation evaporator and the machine cannot be cleaned in water. It is recommended that you wipe them clean with a soft cloth and keep the machine dry before use.
